Ingredients required

  • 1 cup roasted ground nut
  • 1 tablespoon Bengal gram
  • 2 tablespoon sesame seed
  • 3 green chillis
  • 1 tablespoon ground nut oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon mustard
  • Curry leaves
  • 8. Small amount of water and salt
  • 9. Garlic
  • STEP:1
  • Pour 1 tablespoon oil into pan.add 3 green leaves, garlic , chillis and Bengal gram.
  • STEP: 2
  • Fry well low medium flame after fry put into plate . already taken roasted peanuts so put into grinder jar.
  • STEP:3
  • Add roasted peanuts into jar and dried ingredients also add into jar then add salt and water .
  • STEP :4
  • close the jar and put on switch then chutney grind well off the switch .
  • STEP:5
  • Take a jar into stove heat well add 2 tablespoon ground nut oil, add 1/2 mustard and curry leaves after pour into peanut chutney .
  • STEP:6
  • The peanut chutney is ready it is good for health.
