Easy mango pickle recipe

  • his recipe will keeps good for long months like 6 to 7 months.
  • 1 teaspoon of Fenugreek seed, mustard 1 teaspoon fry till golden brown in low flame.
  • Grind it like powder .
  • Take a raw mango and cut it like small size
  • Add a powder which we make and add a termeric powder salt, chilly powder 2 teaspoon mix it well in the bowl.
  • Take a steel vessels add sesame oil 4 Table spoon add mustard 1/2 teaspoon dry chilly 2, asafoetida, Curry leaves and add it with mango mixture and mix well .

How to make crunchy mango pickle

  • Take a green mango and peel the skin of mango and slize it well shape
  • Take a vessel and add water well boil it to 15 minutes add some Salt.
  • After off the stove and mix the mango and water in the bowel and close it tightly.
  • Take a chilly,salt , and masalas, sugar. Mix it well with same container like without stove.
  • Now on the stove put the vessel add oil and add mustard seed, add the masala and after some boil add a mango and live it for some time
  • After that the crunchy mango pickle will ready.🤩🤤

Preparation of mango pickle

Get a green mangos fresh from Salemmango Farm. Wash them in water,cut into a peace, various spices like salt, mustard oil,fungreak,red chilly powder and mix it well with mango. The mixture container should be in sun light for 1 day till the mango will change into a yellow colour after that pack the pickle with glass jar covered with thin layer of mustard oil then the pickle will be ready 4 to 6 week.

How to make mango pickle

First main things are take a 1 mixing bowl,2 large spoon ,1 splender jar, 1 chopping board,2 knife,and last thing work area should be clean.

Step 1

Take a methi seeds and dry roasted in half flame after some good smell transfer to the plate in the same pan add a 3 spoon of oil and allow it to warm.

Step 2

1 teaspoon mustard seeds and 1/2 teaspoon of methi seeds in the jar and powder it well.

Step 3

Wash a 1 large size mango in the normal water and soak it in salt water for 30 minutes .dry it thoroughly and wipe it with cotton.

Step 4

chop the mango slice by slice and stored for longer days to get a soft pickle.this has to be done in sun light .

Step 5

Take a large mixing bowl and add a 1 cup mango, 2 teaspoon of chilly powder , mustard methi powders from the grainder ,1 teaspoon of salt,4 crushed garlic .

Step 6

Add oil we warmed earlier .

Step 7

Mix everything well.the mixture look dark and dry at this stage.

Step 8

Cover it and place in dry place for 24 hours .

Step 9

After a 24 hours the mango mixing will like juice .You will see this yummy hot and spicy mango pickle is ready.🥵🤤
