Menstruation for girls in India, average age of girl starting First period in India is 10-15Years. Most girls get their first period when they're around 9-11Years in recent years due to bad food habits in India especially for those intake broiler chicken more.. But sometimes it comes a few years earlier or later. Each girl's body behaves depends on their food habits. Here are some fruits that are take in our periods time . which are like Bananas, papaya, watermelon, pomegranate, mango,bares,Amla, orange etc....
Previously it was 14-16 years is the normal age for girls to get Periods but nowadays due to fast food culture and carbonated drinks all makes girl child to attain periods early.
How periods occurs in Girl
Normal part of growing girls is Periods. Lets see how periods starts for girls.The females has ovaries which release the hormones called estrogen and progesterone commonly called as female hormones which cause the lining of the uterus (or womb) to build up for reproductive purpose. The built-up lining is ready for a fertilized egg (an egg united with a sperm from male) to attach to and develop into a baby. In this cycle if there is no fertilized egg, the lining breaks down and bleeds. This process of bleeding is called as periods or Menstruation,happens for every 28 days in Girls still Menopause.
BANANA
Banana is rich in vitamin B6 ,potassium,fiber etc.. this will help to alleviate the cramps, bloating and mood swings.
Take 1 to 2 banana per day , enjoy it like snacks, banana salad ice cream
POMEGRANATE
It is rich in iron, vitamin.it will help to increase the blood secretion in our body . Decrease the body pain, cramps.etc...
We can take as 3 times per day .we can take as like juice,raw pomegranate.
PAPAYA
It is rich in vitamin C, vitamin A and potassium.which is supported in immunity system, help to regulate the mensural flow and reduce cramps.
1 medium papaya per day.take as like snacks, salad, smoothie juice or ice creams home made etc.....
GREENS Spinach
It is a fresh and organic which is cooked with garlic for enhanced iron absorption. All green leafy (Keerai) is good for body helps to produce new bloods.
1 too 2 cups cooked.we can take as lunch. We can take as soup with Moringa powder or leafs.
DATES , NUTS AND ALMOND

Turmeric is a great addition to your diet during periods! Here are some ways to consume turmeric as food during periods(Golden Milk, turmeric tea, turmeric soup, turmeric rice etc.
Golden milk
Mix 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder from Salem rich in curcumin content with warm milk and add a pinch of black pepper. Drink twice a day.
Turmeric Tea
Steep 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder in hot water for 5-7 minutes. Strain and add honey to taste. Drink twice a day.
