To make kanji (Rice porridge) Take 2 spoon of black rice powder with 3 glass of water,Jeera in a vessel to cook, add a pinch of salt and cook it for 5 mintues in low heat. After that add Jaggery if you like sweet taste or you can add small onion and coriander leaves to enhance the taste.
