Parboiled is the process followed from tradtional ways of soaking the rice and cleaning the impurities and boiling the soaked rice upto 70% cooked conditions then dried. The dried rice contains the rice nutrients absorbed in white portion (endosperm) from outer bran and Husk. We unpolished by removing husk makes edible for us by Salemmango Farmers.

I will buy regularly from local store. Due to lockdown I tried it here and to my surprise, the rice tastes very good to eat. and of course its unpolished.
